Resin Driveways

Resin Bound vs Resin Bonded

Resin Bound Surfacing – A smooth, hard wearing, porous and decorative surface laid to footpaths at 15mm, with a choice of colours, depending on your current surface it can laid on top of concrete, tarmac or other hard surfaces, all surfaces do require pressure washing to remove dirt & weeds. If your pathway is block paved, uneven or breaking up we would need to replace or repair in order to fully carry out your new project. This enables us to provide you with a peace of mind guarantee, knowing that all aspects of the job have been completed correctly.

Resin Bound will last for 15 plus years and still look stunning if laid in the correct manor.

Resin Bonded Surfacing – People often ask what the difference is, it’s simple, Resin Bonded is used on the highways in order to provide safety anti-skid surface, often found on our highways at traffic lights, nasty corners, near schools, bus stops, roundabouts, crossing points, its laid 1-3mm with a different type of resin ( strong smell ) with a light scattering of 0.7/3mm aggregates, it’s designed to stop you quicker in the case of an emergency. Resin Bonded can also be used for driveways or paths.
